Massage helps to boost the immune system, increase blood and oxygen flow throughout the body and helps to loosen up in general. You can let your therapist know what is your desired pressure for the massage. The massage therapy treatment will begin on either your back or stomach and you will be asked to flip over halfway through the massage. You can ask your therapist to spend more time on areas that are of concern or tight such as your neck or shoulders. The therapist may use light, medium or firm pressure, whichever is more relaxing and soothing for you!

About Me

As a massage therapist, my goal is to empower my patients to take control of their health, bodies and pain through fostering the mind-body connection, manual therapy and education. Recognizing the link between the body and central nervous system, I incorporate breath work along with a mix of swedish, dynamic release, deep tissue, and other manual therapy techniques.

I understand that every body is different which is why I take a personalized approach to care. By working with patients, I prepare individually tailored treatment plans, treatments, appropriate exercise modifications and exercises that are aligned with their specific, unique goals and to support their short and long-term wellness.

In my practice, I have experience in working with a range of people and conditions like athletes, office workers, injury rehabilitation, pregnancies, stress relief, TMJ disorders and headaches, sinusitis, constipation, and scar tissue management for surgeries like mastectomies.

Since childhood, I have had the ability to see, feel, and predict events. As I grew older, synchronicities led me to Tarot, which became one of my sources of spiritual guidance and a key to my awakening. Through this journey, my spirit guides directed me to the Akashic Tarot—a powerful tool that offers insight into the past, present, and future, helping people move forward with clarity and purpose.

For the past four years, I have been offering intuitive Akashic Tarot readings, providing guidance from Ascended Masters, Angels, and spirit family and friends. I also offer Mediumship card readings to help connect clients with their loved ones in spirit. My approach is rooted in the belief that Tarot is a profound source of wisdom, but it is ultimately up to each individual to choose how to integrate the messages they receive.

I am honored to serve as a bridge between the seen and unseen, offering guidance, healing, and support on your spiritual path.
